Besides the small nick in cord it looks really nice. Note: the cord is starting to show through in a very small spot about size of pink nail at top. Please see pictures.

Has been cleaned and tested, works perfectly but discounted due to slight cord damage. This is for the official Sega saturn controller shown in pictures and brand new extension cord. It isn't cut all the way through and cords underneath aren't damaged at.
